Therefore, one should bring a larger bottle, especially when travelling in a tropical country. Lotions with mosquito-repellent formula are advisable especially in dry, humid places. Hand sanitizers are also very useful to keep yourself free from germs and bacteria that can make one sick. Most importantly, choose the places that you eat and get beverage from, especially if you are not too familiar with the place. It is best to eat at hotels or at restaurants that you are familiar with to make sure that you are getting nutritious and clean food and water at all times.
